IN PERSON LIVE COURSES – (Both online and on-site)

If cancellation is received within 7 days prior to course start date: Full refund, minus non-refundable deposit (if deposit was taken) or $75 administrative fee or Full credit towards a future DVBD program (good for 2 years.)

After the start of the course: No cash refunds. Full credit towards a future DVBD program (good for 2 years.)

JOURNEYS

If cancellation is receive with 14 days prior to departure date: Full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.

If cancellation is received between 13 days and departure date: Refund will be based on prepaid events during the Journey. Each Journey is different so there is no way to determine what the refund amount may be.

STUDIO GALLERY MERCHANDISE

You will received the purchase price minus 10% restocking fee as long as the merchandise is received in new shape when returned. Any shirts that have been washed will not be considered new.
